Do not let anyone stand or jump on your mattress or base.
Do not ever use dry cleaning fluid or harsh chemicals on your mattress, chemicals will damage some of the construction materials.
Do not place products near open flames or expose them to fire.
Do not smoke in bed. Our products are not flame proof.
Legs and castors should be tightened regularly.
We recommend a center support rail for all slat bases for double size and above.
It is recommended that you use a pillow protector to protect your pillow and increase its lifespan. You should vacuum your memory foam pillow or mattress topper every time you change your bed sheets. Consider spot cleaning your pillow and topper once a month to remove sweat residue or stains.
When cleaning your memory foam product, familiarise yourself with the care instructions of cleaning memory foam. Memory foam NEVER goes in the washer or dryer, please clean by hand. Always use gentle cleaning agents. Do not scrub the pillow or topper with excessive force; memory foam is delicate.
Always use a mattress protector to avoid accidental soiling. The mattresses outer cover may be removed and cool machine washed – gentle cycle. Do not dry in direct sunlight, bleach, soak or wring. Keep away from flame, ignition sources and heat. NEVER cut open or remove the inner cover enclosing the foam.
Rotating the mattress can maximise performance and life span. Rotating your mattress according to the care instructions will ensure the mattress has even wear. Rotate your mattress once a month for the first year, then every 3 months after to maintain optimal spring and foam shape. This will allow the mattress to adjust to your body weight and help prevent body impressions. One sided mattresses should only be rotated and not flipped. Double sided mattresses should be flipped and rotated.
